Golden Wonder Lush Review

Hey Guys!

I haven't actually done a review on Lush products before, so I though
today I might let you know about the bath bomb I used. It was one of those nights when you can't be bothered and decide you want to have a long bath, and so you need a Lush product to go with it. I had received so many bath bombs during the month of December, and still have loads left over, one of them happening to be the 'Golden Wonder' bath bomb.

Lush describes Golden Wonder as 'A wonder to behold' and to be honest, it is. You expect it to be a sparkly gold colour with white foam, however just like the Star Dust bath bomb, there is an explosion of colours and little enjoyments...

As you expect, it starts off a goldy, yellow colour, but it doesn't stay like that. It starts to turn into a green, turquoise sparkly colour, that fills the bath with sparkles and bold pretty colours. Not only that, little gold stars float around in the bath, making it feel magical.

The scent is more of a citrus scent, and although they aren't my favourite, the smells of orange, lime and cognac are very relaxing. They leave your skin feeling smooth, relaxed and calm.

The overall sight of the bomb is so pretty, and for only £3.95, it is a great relaxing bath bomb that soothes the skin and makes you feel magical.

Personally after using it, this is one of my favourite bath bombs along with Butterbear and Ickle Baby Bot. Although you can only get this round Christmas time, I would definitely recommend it and would love to use one again.

Mini Romford Haul

Hey Guys!

Yay, it's half term! For once I actually have some time to sit down, and write a proper blogpost. So since it's the half term, along with other things, I went on a big shop to Romford as I hadn't been for ages, and had a bit of money to spend. There are a fair few sales on at the moment, so I managed to get some good things! This is a bit more of a chatty post, but here are a few of the things I got...

Firstly, a while ago I got a new bag from Primark that was a great size and quite casual, as my old one broke, and was also a bit too small. However my purse was a bit on the small side for that bag and was a fairly old one, and I decided that I wanted a new one. So I went off to Primark, as I had seen some in there before, however they did not match and weren't what I was looking for. But yesterday, I found this one that was a great size and matched my bag. I only payed £6 for it which I thought wasn't too bad!

Whilst I was also in Primark, I went to look at all the bits and bobs that are good for presents. It is my friends birthday soon so I had a look and managed to pick up some good things, along with some really pretty gift bags. For only 90p for a pack of two was quite good, and they all ranged in sizes and patterns. I went for the butterfly pack in pretty colours. These can be so helpful when you have more than one present for someone!

Next, I went on to some other shops and bought a really pretty piece of jewellery in the Accessorize sale, along with a pale pink Nail Polish that was also in the sale. Accessorize do some really lovely products and are great for lots of things.

I then went on to Superdrug, as I was in need of new makeup wipes, as the ones I use to use didn't really help my skin, so I wanted to try some new ones. So I went to look at the Simple range and picked up the Limited Edition Kind to Skin makeup wipes which are linked here. They are supposed to refresh and moisturise the skin, and are good for sensitive skin, which I have. I also bought some body spray by Superdrug own brand as I wanted to try these out. So I picked two up in the scent Tease and Devotion, so can't wait to try them out.

Next, I was in need of stationery supplies for school, because that's what happens when your ruler goes wonky, and your pens run out, and someone steals your rubber! So I bought a new rubber, a pack of pens and a new ruler. So I now have everything I need!

I was really hot and wanted a drink and a snack! So I bought a bottle of Smart Water, which is supposed to be different. but to be honest, I don't see one! I also bought some Coconut chips from Primark. They are packed with nutrients and great for an energy boost and fuel. Not only that, they are a great healthy alternative to greasy potato chips!

That's all I bought on my little shopping trip! Let me know if you like this kind of post and any other posts you might want to see in the future!

Be the Best Version of You...

Hey Guys!

Sorry that I didn't post last week. I had the Hairspray Show last week along with other events at school, and homework, so I didn't actually have any time to write anything! So here I am this week, giving you a quick update and some motivational quotes to keep you going...

Hairspray was so much fun and I enjoyed it so much. I enjoyed playing the role of Lou-Ann and having fun with all the other characters, dancing and singing. It took up so much of my time however it was definitely worth it! On top of all this there is always homework to do and life to get on with! So trying to come up with ideas and actually having the time to write a post was really hard.

I am also in the process of possibly re-decorating me bedroom, so we took off on a trip to Bluewater on a hunt for duvets and curtains in the colour I actually wanted, which was proving to be difficult because of the colour I chose! However in the end we managed to find a duvet and some curtains, along with some other bits too!

Keeping up with everything can be really tough, so here are three motivational quotes that can keep you going through the week before it gets to half term!
